Killoren Lit device Short story

On a cool stormy night I got stuck in a gym. We were all swinging on the bars and going upside down on them. Me, Eric, Ryan, Ben, Mara, Koko, Danielle, elly, mia and our gymnastics coach Leah were playing a game on the bars. Until, someone fell off the bars. The lights started to flicker and then they shut off. We tried looking for eachother.
“ERIC WHERE ARE YOU!!” said Koko
Eric didn’t answer her. The only people that were talking were Koko, Ben, and Mia. Time went by and were still stuck and didn’t know where people were. Someone opened the door to get into the gym. BAM! The bar snapped in half. Ben is walking and he bumps into Mia and they are teaming up and trying to find out what’s happening. They found Koko opening the door. They were scared to go by her. So, they backed away.
“BEN MOVE AWAY!” said Mia
“NO! We need to find out what’s happening.” said Ben
“Im telling you to stay away but do what you want.” said Mia
Ben starts to move by Koko slowly but she captures him and starts to run away. Mia was right but now she’s all alone. She’s walking around the gym carefully and stops by the bars she sees Eric. Right there she knew Eric was the one that fell off the bars. Mia ran right to Eric trying to wake him up and seeing if he’s ok. Eric said run away before they get you. Mia started to get confused and wondering what was happening.
“Is anyone here?” said Mia
It was silent. Until, Koko said “HELP ME”
Mia was trying to find Koko she was looking everywhere.
Mia was thinking back to herself when Elly was the last to walk in the gym and they were saying how Elly needed to go to the bathroom and never came out.
Mia was trying to find the bathroom but still all the lights were off. She was searching and searching. Finally, she started smelling sinky, gross, feet sweat. She knew it was the bathroom so she followed the smell. Mia started to get scared but she knew it was a piece of cake and she wanted to find her friends. She walked in the bathroom and saw everyone laying on the ground. It was pretty ugly she said to herself. Everyone came up and attacked Elly. That’s how their night ended.

Everyday I wake up, pitch darkness. It has always been this way ever since I was born. People always tell me about how the sky is so bright and vibrant. A breathtaking mix of blue and white. I could never imagine something like that. These are the types of things I wish I could see. I get told that my little sister Julia is beautiful. Big brown eyes, long eyelashes and curly brown hair. People adore her. She is ten years old. I am 13. From what I have heard, I have straight brown hair and brown eyes. Not the shiny kind that people get lost in, just brown.  I am not gorgeous like my sister, but not quite “ugly” either. I am just average. Whenever I wake up, I can never really tell if I am 100% awake, all that comes to my brain is blackness.
