One of my favorite series of all time was the Heroes of Olympus series by Rick Riordan, the author of the Percy Jackson series and the Kane Chronicles. If you liked the Percy Jackson books and Greek mythology, Riordan takes this one step further as he puts the gods Roman mythology in this action packed series. My favorite book in this series is the final one, named The Blood Of Olympus. Throughout the whole series, Rick Riordan managed to mix Greek and roman myths with the real word and kids being the offspring of these powerful gods. I read this series twice without getting bored the second time. I loved these books because it was fantasy, which is my favorite genre of books, and because the author had so much information about Greek and roman gods, so I felt like I was learning something.
